Terms of Service
Welcome
Welcome to wattwatt, an independent community website set up by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), a Geneva-based, non-governmental and not-for-profit organization, leader in electrotechnical standardization. IEC believes that the question of electrical energy efficiency is one that needs to be addressed and that every one of us, as individuals, has a part to play. By using the wattwatt.com website ("wattwatt"), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (together, the "Terms of Service"). Nothing in these Terms of Service should be construed to confer any rights on third party beneficiaries.
You must register to use wattwatt. In addition, you must provide true, accurate and complete registration information to be a wattwatt member ("Member"). As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a username and password ("Account") and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure. IEC may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be protected by trademark or proprietary rights law, or is vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
